SPREAD THE WORD: VOTE for POSITIVE CHANGE

I don't like to send emails of a political nature. But our country is facing an existential crises. Its time we start to turn things around with the mid-term elections. So, I'm sorry, but I'm not sorry to speak up for America and democracy.

If you are tired of paying sky-high gas prices due to the war in Iran entered by President Trump without Congressional approval, then vote for positive change. If you are weary of constant, creeping inflation on everything from bread to tires due to Trump’s tariffs, then vote for positive change. If you believe that everyone, including the President, should be subject to the rule of law in this country, then vote for positive change. If you believe more government resources should be spent on helping millions of working Americans with limited means, rather than investing tax dollars in trillion-dollar companies run by billionaires beholden to the President, then vote for positive change. If you believe something stinks when more stocks have been bought and sold on behalf of President Trump than all of Congress combined since Trump returned to office and Trump has bragged about making billions and billions of dollars while in office, then vote for positive change. If you believe the Presidential power to pardon federal crimes should be sparingly used, and never for political or personal gain, then vote for positive change. If you are troubled that Trump literally rolls out the red carpet, welcoming Russia’s Putin and China’s Xi Jinping, but regularly insults the leaders of our trusted allies, including our beloved neighbor Canada, then vote for positive change. If you believe it is a violation of our First Amendment freedom of the press and freedom of speech when the President threatens or takes punitive action against news organizations that dare to report negative news about the current Administration, then vote for positive change. If you believe science, including medical science, though imperfect, has been a key driving force for the advancement of civilization and should be encouraged, not suppressed, then vote for positive change. If you believe immigration laws should be respected, but that ICE enforcement actions have gotten out of hand, then vote for positive change. If you believe our one and only mother earth should be protected and that environment laws should be strengthened, not diminished, then vote for positive change. If you believe all forms of clean energy should be developed in this country, including renewable energy sources, then vote for positive change. If you believe AI needs safety guardrails, then vote for positive change. If you believe the environmental and economic burdens of data centers have gotten out of hand, then vote for positive change. If you believe the National Guard should only be used to help address real national emergencies and natural disasters and not as an ongoing law enforcement task force, then vote for positive change. If you believe the name “Department of Defense” better symbolizes a peace-loving nation than the name “Department of War”, then vote for positive change. If you believe American history should not be “white washed,” but should be reported honestly and objectively, including the bad and the good, then vote for positive change. If you are tired of daily displays of bullying, name-calling, bragging, lying and gross exaggeration, then vote for positive change. Much more could be said; there are many more reasons to vote for positive change. Feel free to add your reasons to vote for positive change below or above this text and by all means pass this message on via email or social media.

Donald Trump is not on the ballot in November, but his enablers and supporters are. DO WHAT’S RIGHT: VOTE FOR POSITIVE CHANGE.
