The Hendricks County Clerk's Office has a robust mobile app that will help everyone keep up with all things election related.
The app closely mirrors the official county clerk's website and is built on the same platform used by other county agencies. The app features all of the election related information you can think of - candidate information including filing and finance forms, calendar, and candidate bio's; voter information including voter registration, deadlines, absentee ballot request, election board notices; and voting location information including calendars, locations, and a spot where voting location wait times will be listed. When you set up notifications on the app, you will get notifications on election days that will give you a heads up on which sites are busier than others and where you might want to go to cast your vote if you have limited time available.
The app also includes other useful information such as records requests, links to court and child support payment information, marriage license application, and court case search link. You can find the app in both Google Play for Androids and the Apple App Store for iPhones.
Implementing this app is just one of the ways the election office and election board are working to improve the experience for our voters. Many thanks to all those who provided feedback on the election cycle last year.
