Hi everyone! In case you didn't know, it is the middle of August already. The state fair is going strong, and the 4-H'ers are all so happy they are finished for another year. I hope you all made it out to the Hendricks County Fair and visited our booth. The Indiana Trivia game we had on display was a big hit with the kids.

Our Democrat Works projects with the Contest Every Race grant program are moving along. Last week, I got a lot of help from the Outreach Committee for planning and carrying out the rest of the year's projects.

BE SURE TO BRING NON-PERISHABLE FOOD TO THE MEETING TONIGHT!!!! We will be donating to Sheltering Wings later this month. If you know of people who need assistance in some way, please reach out to me. Come on out to the meeting tonight. Joe Mackey will be here, and it is always good to get together and 'talk Democrat'.
